Anil is a dynamic entrepreneur and the driving force behind numerous successful ventures. As the Chief Executive Officer of Pharma Targeting, he combines strategic vision with unparalleled industry expertise.

Widely recognized as "The Super Connector," Anil is renowned for seamlessly linking clients with the right opportunities—connecting them to key decision-makers, securing funding, and ensuring they achieve first-to-market success.

Starting his career as an immunologist, Anil's scientific expertise uniquely positioned him to bridge the gap between innovation and commercialization. A natural people person, he discovered his true calling in supporting scientists by handling the complexities of business, allowing them to focus on their groundbreaking research. His deep understanding of both science and business enables him to communicate effectively with stakeholders across industries, earning the trust and loyalty of his clients.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Victoria Alawi

Victoria is a full-stack developer, systems strategist, and entrepreneur with 15+ years experience in tech and operations. She has built and scaled platforms across e-commerce, telecom, SaaS and logistics, focusing on efficient, growth-ready systems. Her skills span development, cloud infrastructure, data and process optimisation. As Director of Data & Technology, she has modernised systems, improved data processes and aligned tech with business goals to drive scalable, lasting impact.

Simon Neale

Simon is a commercially astute CFO with a proven track record of driving growth, transformation and value creation across diverse industries. Simon has led two MBOs, raising over £10M in funding and implemented group-wide reporting systems for businesses with turnovers up to £250M across 6 countries. His expertise spans ERP, CRM, finance and bespoke systems, backed by exceptional financial modelling and strategic planning skills.

Kerry Griffith

Kerry brings more that 30 years in the Financial & Investment industry, she excels in leadership and success and is very passionate about Pharma Targeting and driving the business forward and building the growth of the company, Kerry joined Pharma Targeting in 2020 as an Executive Assistant to the Founder, and was then promoted to Operations Direct 6 months later. Kerry Holds an NVQ in Business and Administration.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Ivelina Nedkova

Ivelina is a results-driven marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. As Marketing Director at Pharma Targeting since April 2024, she oversees the marketing function, with a strategic focus on lead generation and elevating brand awareness. Previously, she held senior roles at Russell Publishing, where she successfully managed a wide range of global marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events. Holding a BA in Marketing & Events Management, she excels in multi-channel strategies, brand growth, and driving measurable ROI.

Head of Consulting

Alena Gorb

Alena is a strategy and research consultant with a background in neuroscience and a track record across healthcare innovation, digital marketing and competitive intelligence. Since joining Pharma Targeting, she has advanced from Consultant to Head of Consulting, where she leads the team responsible for client strategy, campaign execution and data quality. She partners closely with pharma service providers to shape go-to-market strategies, define commercial positioning and craft effective outreach campaigns. Internally, she drives improvements in systems and workflows to support consistent client delivery and operational efficiency.

India Operations & Research

Sandeep Singh

Sandeep heads up all operations in APAC. Having built up the office to a team of 250 reasercers sandep overlooks research operations in APAC. Sandeep has worked in WNS and IMS, leading teams iin the pharmaceutical and lifescience space. Sandeep is a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) and has been working in the lifescience space for over 20 years helping pharma service providers target pharma and biotech whilst supporting PT expand out its service delivery in para PT spaces (something like that for the east sentence) .

HEAD OF CLIENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Dolores Torres (Lola)

Lola has been working in the custom research industry for over 5 years, honing her skills in Global Communication and Leadership. She's worked with Service Providers from all around the globe during this time. A certified legal translator also equipped with an MBA in International Project Management from the Catholic University of Murcia, she now heads the team of Client Project Managers in our company.

Justyna Seroczynska

Justyna holds over 10 years of experience in account management and strategic sales within pharmaceutical sector. In her current role as VP of Product and Client Success, she leverages her expertise in strategy and commercial awareness to steer Pharma Targeting’s product portfolio toward market leadership. Since transitioning from Director of Account Management, Justyna has been instrumental in cementing the company at the forefront of the industry. Justyna’s mission, deeply rooted in a culture of success, is driving growth by aligning strategic objectives with the evolving needs of our multinational clients.

Angelica Molas

Angelica brings extensive experience in marketing and social media, primarily within the pharmaceutical industry. With a background in both in-house and agency roles, she has developed expertise in client management, strategic planning, data analysis, and creativity. She now leverages these skills to lead the social strategy at Pharma Targeting.

With a strong background in Quality and Client Success, Pauline is committed to driving client results and consistently delivering above expectations. She works closely with a diverse network of global Service Providers to enhance project delivery and support sustained client growth at Pharma Targeting. Pauline holds an MA from University College London, bringing a well-rounded perspective to every aspect of her work.

Maria Paz has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 3 years, specialising in client-facing roles. As a Client Project Manager, she plays a key role in connecting with clients all over the world, understanding their needs, and providing tailored support throughout every stage of their campaigns. Her commitment to building strong relationships and ensuring smooth project delivery makes her a trusted point of contact for both clients and internal teams.

Digital Marketing Executive

Lucia Antonello Montado

Lucía joined Pharma Targeting in March 2024 and plays a central role in the coordination and reporting of digital marketing campaigns. She monitors and classifies responses, maintains internal tracking systems and provides clear performance summaries to support campaign delivery. With a background in language and communication as a Certified Translator and Simultaneous Interpreter, Lucía brings precision, organisation and a sharp eye for detail. Now part of the Marketing team, she also contributes to the creation of campaign emails while continuing to support smooth, data-driven campaign execution.
